Operator Terms

These terms are an agreement between you (the "Operator") and CasinoLaunch ("we", "us"). They apply when you sign up at casinolaunch.io and run a branded casino on our platform. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to them.
1. Who we are
CasinoLaunch is operated from # 1013 Blvd los Proceres 19-42, Zona 10, Guatemala 01001. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and able to enter into this agreement.
2. What you get
Your name, logo, favicon and colors on a casino that runs on our platform, on a domain we register for it. We provide and run the games, payments, prize redemptions, identity checks and player support. You get a dashboard showing your players, earnings, payouts, promo codes and team.
3. Setup fee
The setup fee is a one-time payment of $299, by card or crypto. There is no monthly fee. See our Refund Policy.
4. Revenue share
- You earn 60% of net revenue from players credited to your casino. We keep the rest for the games, payments and support.
- Net revenue is what those players spend on coins minus what they redeem. If it's negative in a period, the negative amount carries forward and must be recovered before more commission is earned.
- Your dashboard shows your balance. You can request a payout when it reaches $10. We review each request and may hold or adjust amounts for chargebacks, fraud or errors.
- We may change the revenue share for future earnings by giving you 30 days' notice. Earnings before the change are not affected.
5. Your domain
- We register your casino's domain as part of the setup fee and pay its renewals while your casino is active.
- We own the domain. You may use it for your casino for as long as your casino is active. It is not transferred to you, including when your casino ends.
- A domain shown as available at checkout can still be taken before we register it. If so, we'll work with you on another name.
- We may refuse or replace a domain that uses another company's brand or breaks these terms.
6. Players
Players on your casino are users of our platform and agree to our player terms, including one account per person. Which casino or affiliate a player is credited to is set when they sign up and does not change. Someone who already has an account with us stays credited to wherever they first signed up. We handle player data under our player privacy policy, and you only see what your dashboard shows.
7. Your brand
You confirm that you have the rights to the names, logos and images you give us, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. You allow us to use them to run your casino.
8. Your responsibilities
- Follow the laws that apply to you and to your marketing, including advertising and tax rules. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- Market honestly. Don't promise winnings or income, and don't describe the casino as real-money gambling.
- Don't market to anyone under 18, or to people where the sweepstakes is void, including residents of Idaho and Washington.
- Don't create fake or duplicate accounts, play to earn commission on your own activity, or abuse bonuses.
You run your casino as an independent business. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent or partner.
9. Suspension and ending
You can stop at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end your casino if you break these terms, if we suspect fraud, or if the law or our providers require it. When your casino ends, it goes offline and its domain stays with us. We pay any balance you've earned, less amounts held for chargebacks or fraud. We may withhold commission earned through a breach of these terms.
10. No guarantees
We don't guarantee any level of players or income. Examples on our site, including the earnings calculator, are only illustrations. The service is provided "as is", and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted. This isn't legal or financial advice: you should get your own.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, plus any earned balance we owe you.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here, and for significant changes we'll give you notice. Continuing to run your casino after that means you accept them.
13. Disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Disputes are resolved on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to take part in a class action.
