Refund Policy

You can design your casino and open a live preview of it before you pay anything, so you can see exactly what you're getting first.

1. The setup fee

The $299 setup fee pays for work that starts right away: your account, dashboard and casino are created the moment your payment goes through. Because of that, the setup fee is non-refundable once your casino has been created, except in the cases below.

2. When we do refund

• Charged twice: we refund any duplicate payment for the same casino.
• We can't deliver: if we can't get your casino live on a domain within 14 days of your payment, for a reason on our side, you can ask for a full refund. If the name you chose is gone, we'll work with you on another one first.
• Payment went through but no casino was created: we'll either finish setting it up or refund you.

3. How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's email address with your casino's name. Refunds go back through the original payment method where possible. Crypto refunds are for the US dollar amount you paid, in a currency we agree with you.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment, as most problems can be solved quickly. If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may suspend your casino until it's resolved. Earned commission may be held to cover the disputed amount.

5. Ending your casino

You can stop running your casino at any time, but that doesn't refund the setup fee. See our Operator Terms.
