This policy covers information about operators and visitors to casinolaunch.io. Players on a casino are covered by the player privacy policy on that casino's site.

• Your details: name, email, password (stored in hashed form), and your payout details when you request a payout.
• Your casino: its name, logo, favicon, colors and domain, including drafts you start and don't finish.
• Payments: the amount, method and order reference. Your card or crypto payment is handled by our payment processors, and we don't receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
• Your agreement: when you accepted our terms, and which version.

2. How we use it

To set up and run your casino, register its domain, pay your earnings, contact you about your account, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share what's needed with our payment processors, domain registrar, hosting, security and email providers, and with authorities when the law requires it. We don't sell your information. Your casino's name and logo are public once it's live.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your casino is active, and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Transaction records are kept for at least five years.

5. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we have to keep it for the reasons above.
